Our Story

From the Women to the Women, EnterprisinGirls achieves its objectives through the three key payoff elements : Independence, Empowerment, Relationship.
EnterprisinGirls. A female history developed thanks to the encounter and the ability of women in creating shared value, it responds to the actual needs of growing in networking.

Naples, October 2014. On a warm evening, just as in a southern city that overlooks the sea may happen, a group of women shared a project started from a distance ... two years before the management consultant, Francesca Vitelli, had married some of the her passions: building networks, interest in the culture of gender and writing ... decided to interview and tell the stories of women who move the economy.

Passions, projects, disappointments and difficulties of those who over the years has significantly contributed to local development have found space in an incredible gallery of portraits. From these meetings emerged a strong desire to network that sowed the seeds of a get together that would go beyond the printed page, to confront, to grow, to bring about positive change in the lives of other women and improve economic and social conditions to interior of the communities in which they operate; change is already taking place among women participating in the network and in terms of social impact, thanks to the projects to raise awareness of gender culture and the promotion of excellence in the areas done in this period of incorporation.

SO MUCH DESIRE TO DO THAT PROJECTS STARTS BEFORE THE ASSOCIATION ITSELF, WHICH CONTAINS PHILOSOPHY IS IN THREE WORDS:

- Independence, a feature common to all the women of the association and focus of awareness-raising activities;
- Empowerment, by an awareness of their potential to strengthen the identity of the community;
- Relationship, interpersonal relations as a lever for growth.
